I have a surprise trip for my kids in a few weeks and can't wait to see their expression when we get on the ship!

I am flying into Barcelona a few days early and wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on what would be fun for 13 year old kids to do why we are in Barcelona. They are active kids and seeing the wonderful architecture will last all of about 10 minutes before they lose interest. I booked tickets for a Flamenco show and am going to the Port Aventura to have them ride on the largest and fastest roller coaster in Europe :crazy2: :crazy2:

Any other must do's while we are there?

Also, those that have gone on the cruise before, are there any port adventures that stand out over others. It's tough to choose from among them.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you!!

Are they into football (soccer)? If so, I'd take a tour of the Nou Camp stadium.

We do all the oorrs ourselves by train so can't comment on the Port Adventures.

My husband and I are going to do a Segway tour while we are there at the end of August. They have a 2 hour and a 3 hour tour. If you have never done a Segway tour they are so fun. I was afraid I would have problems with the Segway but it was relatively easy to learn how to ride. Just a suggestion. ;)
