Mears?

due to a complicated situation, i am unable to book disney's magical express. no big deal. but i can't seem to find any straight answers on mears. i know mears runs DME. but cn i get a shuttle or bus from the mears desk at orlando airport. i was not able to make a reservation over the phone. the person assisting me said that only towncars, cabs and DME go to disney resorts. but i keep reading you cn get a bus for $25. can somebody provide me with a straight answer?

You should be able to go directly to the Mears desk at MCO, pay for the ride, and they will direct you to a bus. There have been many instances where someone has paid Mears for a ride, and they have been put on a DME bus. In fact, we have made stops at the S/D for people, and those resorts are not entitled to DME. Come to find out, they had paid Mears at the airport.

finally! a straight answer. thank you. now i can finally rest at ease and look forward to it without worrying about transportation. although, another less important question. about how much is it one way for one person? and can i purchase round trips?
