Pick up times for the various resorts at WDW to port vary, depending on how many people are traveling from any given resort.

It depends on how many people are booked, but when we took the DCL transfer from POR, we had a meeting time of 945 with an anticipated departure time of 1015. I got an email about 2 days before the cruise.

Yes, I believe it is Mears who contracts to provide the DCL transfers -- but it may have shifted to Academy now.

However, that is a good question... @sneezer did you book DCL Transfers through the cruise line or did you book transfers directly through Mears?
