Been there. Want to get quote and pre-prder a taxi and on the site there is no email to do that.

I don't see an email, but you can book a taxi on their website here: http://www.mearstaxi.net/CabWeb/

As far as an estimate goes, you can use their taxi fare estimator, but I think taxifarefinder.com is more accurate.
