Mears Shuttle Pick-up Times?

I am considering taking Mears to and from the airport, since I am going solo this trip and a Town Car is a bit expensive for just me. I'm not overly concerned with the time getting to my resort, I was wondering how far in advance Mears would pick me up before a 1:05pm flight back home? I don't want to have to leave for the airport several hours before my flight!

Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

If my memory serves me correctly they'll want to pick you up 3 hrs in advance of your flight. You have the option of changing your pickup time but they do NOT guarantee that you'll make your flight.

BTW, we moved changed our pickup time to 2 hours before our flight and we were still there with 90 minutes to spare. I wouldnt cut it any closer than this though.

Pickup is three hours before flight time. That may seem excessive, but if you are going to stop at several resorts on the way to the airport, time goes by very quickly.

Their pick-up time was two hours before flight time at one time and I very nearly missed my flight because of all the stops we made after my pickup at the Contemporary. Our driver (a very nice older gentleman) also drove quite slowly and many of us were exchanging worried looks at each other and our watches! The only reason I was not in a complete panic was because I had only a carry-on and was able to go straight to the gate. My flight ended up being delayed after all that, but it was a very close call. I know other people on the bus missed their flights.

We've switched over to Tiffany Towncar since then and are very happy with them, but I understand why you feel Mears would work better for your situation. Good luck...you should be fine.
