Mears or Tiffany?

I have done Mears a few times, but I think I would like to try something different. I am not concerned about the price difference. I just want something less stressful than the maddness of trying to get onto a Mears shuttle!!
I would love to hear from all of you about any experiences you may have had(good or bad).

We just used Southernelegancelimousines.com they were great....We were a party of 6. We used them from MCO to AKL and from AKL to Tampa Cruiseship pier.......

You won't be disappointed....

We have used Tiffany many times and always had great service. Driver meets you at baggage claim, helps with luggage if needed and your off to your resort. Depending on the terminal he/she may have to leave you at the curb for a few mintues to get the car.

We take advantage of the grocery stop to stock up on breakfast items, drinks and snacks as well as minimal lunch stuff and fresh fruits. This alone makes up the difference in cost between mears and TTC for our family. Often times the driver has lent us his shopper card, saves a few $$.

We have always had prompt courteous drivers and I don't hesitate to recommend Tiffany.

The town car is definitely a more civilized and time-efficient experience. What's more, if you have three or more people it will wind up costing you the same or less than transportation via Mears.

You really can't beat that combo, IMHO.

We used Tiffany on our last trip and had a great experience. FL Tours, the sponsor of this board, also gets good reviews.

You might also try Happy Limo which I found on Mousesavers, I think. Both drivers were wonderful! We arrived at MCO at 11 pm and our driver was waiting for us at Baggage Claim. We asked for a grocery stop beforehand and that was terrific.

The tip is included in the fare so check them out. Very professional. The vehicles were immaculate and the drivers were great!

We've used Tiffany Towncar in the past and were not that thrilled with our last encounter. The driver must have been having a bad day because he griped the entire time. Not a pleasant way to begin our trip to the resort. We wished him well and got busy w/our vacation once we were dropped off.

We used Mears on our first trip...didn't know any better. Yuck! Then for the last 3 we've used Tiffany. Couldn't be any happier. We did have one driver in August who was a little 'grumpy' but on the drive back he was much happier. For the same price that we would pay for Mears, as there are 3 of us, we have private transportation. Very easy, very nice. Will be using Tiffany again in August and again in November.

Its tiffany all the way for us. Berkely is our favorite driver. My ds get a big kick out of looking for the driver waiting there with OUR name card. This time for our trip in april I am requesting the grocery stop to stock up on soda and bannanas. We are staying at the swan and its just too far to walk over to the dolphin for a mug run. So we will definetely be getting our moneys worth for our family of 5 from tiffany.

Tiffany for us! We have used many times. Costs less than Mears for 4 people -- But, we even use them for just 2 as it is such a nicer way to go. The big plus for me is that we get to decide when to be picked up for our ride back, time is money when you are on vacation.

I believe Mears is $13 pp r/t from WDW to Universal. Tiffany is around $50 r/t. There are 3 of us, so I figure an extra $10-20 is worth it to have a towncar.
