Hello everyone!

Hope everyone's weekend is going well and they are relaxing and having fun!

Whew! What a fiasco for inventory. Normally you want 14 people to help. We started out with only 8 (some got sick - plus being the weekend before Mother's Day, I couldn't get a lot of help from other stores) No problem, I have a pretty great crew.

We start at 7am. I lose my first person at 10 because nobody showed up to open her store . Then at 12 I lose 2 more people When we finished.. we finished with a staff of FIVE people and still got a 4000 sq ft store counted by 2:30. We rocked!

Of course we felt more like we had been run over by a rock!

Anyway, on to today's poll topic

I like cole slaw if it's REALLY good! If not, forget it...I won't touch it. Otherwise I'll take a tossed salad.

Glad inventory is over for you, Lauri! Wow! Quite a few got sick. I think my former boss would have said...if you don't show up, you no longer have a job. Even if sick, we'd be there.

Doe - since we ended up with only 5 people they all wanted pizza so we got a pepperoni and a spinach/onion/mushroom pizza from Sbarros. I think we were pretty full from the hot out of the oven Krispy Kremes I picked up at 7am too

"Other" - Doritos But I like them IN my sandwich! Crunchy!
"Fruit Salad" would be my favorite side. (Of course now I've got the Wiggles song...Fruit Salad, Yummy, Yummy...going through my head!)

This week, I'm in a potato salad mood, so I chose that. Normally, I like chips as my side dish with my sandwiches.

Sorry you had such a fiasco with inventory, Lauri. You should've told them it was a party instead of inventory day and maybe more people would've shown up.
