Hi all! I need some assistance.
I've searched the boards but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for reports on meals you have had anywhere in WDW that you perceived as "health conscious." This can mean whatever you want whether it is low-calorie, low-fat, low-carb, low-points, whatever.
The rules are:
1. I'm looking for specific meals so please don't post about general tips like "load up from the toppings bar"
2. Please report on a specific meal or food item from a specific restaurant or snack stand. Tell us where you got the food but if you are a little vague on it if it was a cart somewhere, "a snack stand in Frontierland" will suffice.
3. Please report on everything you ordered including what the portion size was. Buffet reports are good too. Tell us what you got off of the buffet.
4. Let us know what you think the calories/fat/carbs/points are for that meal if you have any guess at the info.
5. Finally, how good was the meal and did you find it filling enough for you?
I'm trying to build a big list of the more healthy meal/food options at WDW.
