meal voucher confusion!

Okay someone PLEASE explain these vouchers to me in the simplest possible terms because I am boggled!

What is the difference(price-places etc) between Q&C, lunch, dinner, and breakfast vouchers.

What do they include? Are they easy to use? Are they worth it? Is connections the only place to get them? Connections scare me with all the negative reports.
