if you have early or late seating for dinner what time is breakfast and lunch or isnt there a specific time? what are the options for breakfast?

You can eat Breakfast and Lunch any time the restaurants are open - you don't have to eat at a specific time. There is one exception - the character breakfast times are based on your dinner seating time.
