Meal Question

I've never been to Disney before and we're planning our first trip for 2009 (I know a bit off) but I have an odd question.

My husband and I are taking our 2 children who will be 4 and 2, we've decided to do the Dinning plan and do buffets or family skillets since the kids are so small. Well here's the question. We're also going with my parents and my sister's family. If we all decide to have the family skillet how do they charge? Can we still use our dinner plan and everyone pay (No one else will have the plan)? This is really confusing for me and I want to have the right info for when I present everything to everyone (I'm the planner for all 11 of us). Thank you for any help.

I was "The Planner" for our Grand Gathering last year so I can relate-it can get overwhelming! heehee There were 9 of us. The restaurants will have no problem giving you guys seperate checks. Even though we were booked as a Grand Gathering, we were technically 3 separate parties when it came to Dining. They were more than happy to give us 3 separate checks, including when we ate at WCC and everyone ordered the skillet.

Just to add...at WCC, for example, just one person can order the all-you-care-to-eat skillet, or some of your party can order it, or everyone can order it-it does not matter how many. Each person is charged seperately just as if you were ordering any other entree. At places like 'Ohana, where all of the food is served "family style," each person is charged just as if you were at a buffet. I know it can get overwhelming-I hope this helps!
