Do they have breakfast type foods you can get at the parks in the mornings on the meal plan?

if you are talking about all you can eat plan, breakfast is not on that promo.
the 6 resturants that are participating only start with lunch foods on their regular menu.

if you are talking about a different meal plan, please list it here as i am not familiar with one
