I know what my options arefor dinner, but what about lunch and breakfast. Are they only buffet?

No. Lumiere's on the Magic and Triton's on the Wonder serve a sit down breakfast every morning (it's limited choices on the disembarkation day though). Open seating for all except the last day. You can also have room service except on disembarkation day. On the Magic, there is also a scheduled character breakfast in Parrot Cay. This is a served breakfast, unlike the normal buffet in Parrot Cay.

Oops, I missed your question on lunch. Again, Lumieres/Tritons offers a sit down lunch each day. There are snack/fast food options including sandwiches and pizza on the pool deck. Room service is also available.

There is also a buffet in Parrot Cay for lunch. We liked going there more than Topsiders.
