Meal Deal and Drink Tickets

From my own research meal deal is not worth it. The restaurants are limited to mainly fast food.

We were there last week & didn't do the meal ticket. We did, accidentally eat at two of the meal restaurants - fast food & very crowded. My advice is if you don't do the meal plan, avoid those restaurants for crowd issues.

It all depends on what you like to eat and how much you like to eat. If you are OK with eating Pizza, Chicken Strips, Burgers, Fries, etc. for your meals and you plan on getting about 3-4 entrees during the course of the day then I would say it would be worth it. It really all depends and I would do the math on what I expected to eat based on menu prices before I would get it. Hope this helps.

i did the meal plan not the drink plan.

i ate at louie's but i love the pizza there.
also ate at ifff and like a couple of their dishes.

i ate more than $20 of pizza that day.
yea, that was my fat day at the park

Depends if you like the food on offer with the meal plan and if you are staying at the parks for the whole day. We did eat at one of the restaurants on the meal plan and were not impressed with the meal at all. It was the one near the BttF ride that serves a variety of food plus Chinese. Three of us had the Chinese which was cold and one pizza which was nice and hot.

i hope you took the food back and got it exchanged for something else.

No, we are typical Brits and didn't complain but we are slowly learning.

anytime you are at the park, and something is not correct with your food, be it too salty, cold, etc, you should take it back to the counter and have it exchanged.

if you are hungry and order food, you should be able to eat it and enjoy it.

on more than one occasion i have had to do that.
at first i was shy about it but was so hungry i needed to take care of the problem.

i had a chicken sandwich that must have been under the lights longer than it should have. even the tm at the counter said it shouldn't have been sold.

i didn't ask for my money back just another sandwich that was fresh.

they were very nice about it.

Thanks for that. We have always been shy like that but when you read things on the forum you realise that it is a bit daft to be like that when you have paid for something. Time and time again the forums show it doesn't hurt to complain or even question something, after all they can only say no.;)

We bought the meal deal for one day at US. On any other occasion, it wouldn't be worth it for us. But we went taste testing at International FFF. We got chinese, pastas and american. They had a wonderful fruit platter. Yummy. It was soooo sweet. I actually had two, and so did DH. Now the meal deal was well worth it for my DS. He's 8, and the kids meals are usually to small for him. So he enjoyed the ayce.

It's not my type of thing, but I noticed that a lot of the big tour groups do it, if that affects your decision.
