Meal before P&P Party

Where would you choose to eat before the Pirate Princess Party? I would like to eat somewhere close/convinient to MK.

OR we may just get a quick bite at the hotel. I want everyone well rested and feeling good so we are going to play it by ear that day.

We ate at Concourse Steakhouse one year before MNSSHP and I felt that it was too much of a rush before the party. This year we are just going to go over to the park at 4 and eat an early CS meal before P&P starts.

Depending on whether you want CS or TS - we made reservations for 5:15 - I think - at Cinderella's Royal Table the evening of the party. We got to see Wishes as we were eating our dessert and by the time we got out - 7:15/7:30 I think - we were right on time for the party.

I going to the P&PP this Saturday and we have ADR @ Tony's at 6:20. I think that's too late since the party starts at 7:00pm. I keep calling to get something earlier with no luck. Trying to decided if we should cancel Tony's then just grab a pizza earlier and eat at our resort then head over.

Currently, we (DH & I)have an ADR for Ohana's at 5:00 but I have recently heard so many bad reviews that I was thinking about changing it.

We're meeting my sister and her family at Hoop Dee Do for the 5 p.m. dinner/show then boating over to MK. We'll sleep late and relax all day for a fun evening! four days and counting down...Cindy

I have Kona cafe booked for 5:20pm before the party, would have felt more comfortable with 5pm but we don't have any kids with us so hope this will be ok.
I did do the Plaza restaurant before MNSSHP in October and this worked really well as it wasn't a heavy meal and we were already in the park.

We currently have ADR for Grand Floridian Cafe at 4:30 for the night of the party. And my dd is going to BBB at 12:30. I am so excited.

We originally planned to eat at CP (our tradition before MK parties).

Then changed to CRT.

Now we've decided to do breakfast at Kona instead, and do CS before the party.

We are going to the PPP on Sept. 3rd, and am waiting to cancel CP and CRT in case anyone on here wants them. One is at 4:30 and one at 4:50, party of 4 - PM me if you want one. I've posted on the cancellation threads, but nobody's responded so far.

We plan to arrive at the park very early (i.e. 4pm). We don't want to waste a lot of time eating so we will probably stop and have CS (I am starting to get hungry as I think about having a burger at Pecos Bill loaded with toppings )
Does everyone who is arriving early plan on wearing their costumes before the party starts?
