For some reason, I think that the Motown Cafe is gone, and the other restaurant choice is Bob Marley's.
Can anyone confirm that Bob Marley's is a listed rest.? Hubby really wants to eat here and will not be flexible of going elsewhere, even if we have to pay for it.
TIA

Okay,
I want to make sure I am clear....

This is a coupon to turn in for a free meal and a movie? Or do I pay for something to get something etc....
I have read this thread, but I want to be sure I am understanding....
There is one coupon per book but can use more if you have them?

there is no limit on the number of coupons you can redeem.

take the ent book coupon to the city walk service window ........where you buy the tickets for the functions there.
they will give you a coupon for a meal and a coupon for a movie.
you do not have to use them on the same day, they are separate coupons.

you pay nothing for this is my understanding.

at one point it was all free, then it was not being issued.
then later someone said all they received was a coupon for a percentage off on the meal.
i talked to someone that recently came back and was told now it is the free meal and movie coupon being issued.

clear as mud, eh........... :rolleyes1

I have seen people giving them away on my local freecycle. That might be another resource for people that are looking for them.

did they tell you only 5 at once or you chose to use that many I have 7, my 5 and friend 2
maria

We chose to use 5 at once, not all 7, because we have five small boys and figured a couple of them could share the meals since they are adult portions. It worked out fine! :thumbsup2

OK Strange question here.
Can you use the movie portion of the coupon at any other movie theatres, like the Philly are, which is where I live????? We want to do dinner but probably not a movie.

Wow-this sounds like a great deal. We are going in a couple of weeks. I also have been on mousesavers and the price I see is $12.99. I do not see the $7.99 price either. Can someone put us in the right direction.
I know that everyone is asking for extra coupons. Put me on that list also. If you have an extra ticket to spare please pm me. Thank you very much.

i get emails frequently from ent com.........the latest one stated if you buy the 07 edition, you can get the 06 one free. don't know if it is just for my area or all over.

right now i saw a blurb for the book at $5.99

i signed up 7 years ago for the book and i always get it early.

people that sign up for the entertainment book wil receive it in late august or early september. members always get it before it goes on sale to the public

Do you have to pay extra to get into the citywalk to use this coupon, or does our admission cover our enterance like in CA to the Citywalk as well??

I live right out of New Orleans (in Slidell, LA) and since hurricane Katrina hit on August 29, 2005 - the Entertainment books for our region have been cancelled - b/c many of the businesses from the book got such damage... The 2006 year was the first year that I hadn't gotten a book in many, many years - maybe 15ish or more. I would always buy at least 2 every year. Well, we didn't get a 2006 and now there isn't one available for 2007 either - the entertainment.com site says "sold out" just as it did last year for the 2006 books. Anyway, now we're trying to take that well deserved vacation and there's a really good coupon in there (the universal meal deal) and, just my luck, that's the ONLY year's book that I didn't get!! I'm hoping that they may do the New Orleans book later in 2007, but it's not for sale yet and from what I've read, 2007's book will not have it included.

Anyway, we're going on vacation for Christmas 12/19/06 thru 12/26/06 and if anyone has any extras, PLEASE let me know. We sure could use the savings with all that's gone on around here, times are a little tough on us southern Louisiana and southern MIssissippi folk! I was so excited to find that these coupons existed, now I just need to find them... Otherwise, It's the 99 cent value deals at Wendy's for us!!

Thanks guys!!

pepperidge- I think when you go the 2006 coupon for universal will be expired. I thought that I read somewhere it is good until November. Maybe the 2007 issue will have one.
I am also on the hunt for 2006 coupons for my upcoming trip in less than 2 weeks. I only find the entertainment book for $12.99.
Good luck

I'm sorry to hear this! I was hoping it would be especially since they just charged me $25 to send it the new book.

This was a great deal, I used it on Sunday. We ate at Bob Marley's and saw Superman Returns.

You do not need to pay extra. There is no admission for CityWalk unless you are going into one of the restaurants when there is a band, than there is a cover charge. Usually after 7pm.

I didnt know I could use the meal and movie pass on Bob Marley'. I was going to pay out of pocket, since. My DS12. Loves reggae music. But, now since you tell me I could use the pass for Bob Marley' restaurant. I am now even more excited about going!!
