ME won't take me to airport

My wife and I will be at BW for a week, but I have to go home to Boston for two days. I want to take ME from the resort to MCO, then when I fly back down, take ME back to the resort. They sent me the booklets, but had it opposite (flying INTO MCO first, etc.). When I called them, they said for me to get ME at the airport, I would have to be checking in on the date I want to take ME from the airport. I won't be doing that because my wife and I are both listed on the original reservation. I don't know if this makes sense, but I don't really want to pay for a taxi to and from the airport, when the bus is free. Any suggestions??

To clarify this a bit, I was told I COULD take the bus TO the airport, but could NOT take the bus back on my return.

You get one round trip per person per reservation. If you have two reservations when you arrive initially to when you fly back and then a second when you fly back to Disney you can do it. But if it's one long reservation where you are leaving for a couple days in the middle but you wife is staying you have to choose your trips to the airport.

If you are arriving another way, car, taxi etc, you can check in and then call and make you return to the airport reservation, and at the same time reserve the airport to hotel leg. You won't get a new booklet but it should work fine

We are arriving on Day 1 by car, and departing on Day 7 by car. So In the middle of the reservation week, I should be able to get a RT to and from the airport, even though it's departing/arriving as opposed to the usual arriving/departing?

Yup you should be able to get a round trip no matter what order you do the trips. I would call back and talk to someone else. If not just make the reservation when you get there
