ME voucher question

Our ME vouchers arrived the other day (yay!). For some reason the departure date is blank and the page says that no flight information was given (even though it was and our arrival info is there). I would think ME needs that info so our transportation back to the airport can be arranged. Is there a number I can call directly to ME or do I call CRO? I know we can do it when we arrive at the airport, but our flight doesn't arrive until 8:30 pm and we will just want to get on the bus & get to the resort.
 
I agree that you should call ME. I think their phone number is 1-866-599-0951
 
I've found the return flight info is often missing. Their phone number is listed in the packet they sent you. You don't have to call them right away, as long as you do it before you need to return to the airpost. Sometimes the return flight changes. Ours has changed a couple of times after we received our vouchers, so we needed to call ME to update. One time our return flight changed while we were there on vacation! So now we always contact the airline during our stay to verify our flight home, so we can notify ME if it changes.

And thanks for the heads up on that! While I know that's always a possibility, I know I don't ever check that until it's time to do the online check-in.
 

This has happened to us twice. The first time ME had the info but it just didn't get printed on the tag and the second time ME didn't have the info so I gave the flight info to them and it all ended well. I sure felt better calling both times to verify it.

I'm suspicious that they do actually have the info since it does appear in our reservation online. I will call just to confirm though.

It is very common for departure info to be missing. You will be asked about it when you get to the DME counter at MCO. They will then put in the correct info...not an issue.
