We'll be staying at BCV in 4 wks. and are going to add ME to our ressie. Can anyone tell me how this service is doing now that they've had a few months to work out the kinks? Is it still taking a long time to get to your hotel? I read that the desks at the hotels don't open early on the return trip and it was causing some problems. We have an 8:30 flight booked to come home. Will this be a problem?

Head over to the transportation board. Lots of posts over there. Things seem to be going well.

We used ME to BCV July 3, arrived at the airport around 1115 and was checking in around Noon. Our room wasn't ready, which was no big deal. We just headed out for lunch and shopping. When we got back, our room was ready and luggage waiting for us....it was around 315-330.

Sorry, I can't help on the return trip, we head to VB for a few days of relaxation.

yes it can cause so problems.

You need to call the night before for bell services to help you.

remember you bus will arrive 2 hours and 45 minutes before your plane arrives.

so you are leaving early!!!

after you check in (get your room first) - then go to the ME - they are generally located close to the bus stop and get the details from him/her what you need to do for your return trip.

This thread is very helpful! We're using ME on the trip coming up. Our return (SW) flight has been changed to 50min earlier than what has been scheduled with ME. I need to know... is the bus arriving to pick us up 2.45 before the flight or dropping us off 2.45 early? If it is the latter, I don't need to make adjustments & bother the owner to make yet another call to MS. If anyone can help me figure this out... TIA! :goodvibes

Just used ME last week at BCV and we loved it. At BCV, the ME checkout is located near the marketplace store and it open 6 am to 2pm daily. (Btw, it is not staffed by Disney. They are a skycap service.) You must give them your bags at least 3+ hours before your flight. Pickup time for us was at 12:10 for a 3 pm flight.

If you have an early flight, you may want to just bring your bags with you to the bus stop and get your boarding passes at the airport. But, I'd suggest asking ME what they recommend when you get there.

All-in-all, the time difference between using ME + a towncar wasn't large enough to justify paying for a towncar. We've always used a towncar service. But, we'll be using ME on our next trip too.
