I have our ME tickets and vouchers and just realized that we are going to carryon one bag instead of checking it in...what should I do to insure not messing up the rest of the bags? or at this point, I should just check it in to avoid a messup....?Thanks!

Are you referring to the flight to MCO?
If so, you can simply decide which bags you want ME to bring to the hotel by putting a yellow luggage tag on it. If you decide to carry some on instead or check luggage but pick it up yourself at baggage claim, you don't put a yellow luggage tag on it. It's totally up to you.
Anything with a yellow tag on it gets delivered to its proper resort. No yellow tag means DIY.

yes, from MCO to the hotel..since we have the voucher and tag, and are not going to use it, I just wanted to make sure that didn't mess up the whole reservation. Thanks!

Using the tags or not won't impact your DME reservation in any way. In fact, many people never even get their tags and still have no trouble using the service - you can even still have your bags transported without claiming them even if you don't yellow tag them. You just have to take the airline bag claim numbers to the DME counter.

Don't give it another thought - you'll be just fine!

(I'm assuming you are arriving before the evening cutoff of 10pm or 10:30pm? If you arrive after that, you have to claim your checked luggage yourself.)
