How long before our departure to WDW should we be looking for our ME tags in the mail?

We have a flight with West Jet from MCO to Toronto dose ME pick us up 3 or 4 hours before departure time?

Did you book via Disney Travel? If so, we've normally received our ME documents via FedEx or UPS, about 30 days before departure. I have yet to receive my ME docs by surface mail, but heard this has been happening recently. Regardless, I would venture to say about 30 days out.

In terms of WestJet - your pick up time with ME is 4 hours from departure. I asked about 3 hours on a recent trip, but since we are considered "International" they highly recommend the extra time.

We never received our tags and when I called they said not to worry about it. We were registered for it. It was no big deal and turned out fine.

They highly recomended 4 hours dose that mean you can ask for 3 hours instead? I would think check-in for West jet is probably very fast since they will only be boarding one or two planes in our time frame.

I'm sure you could make the request, but I don't know how they'd handle it. Keep in mind, the 4 hours is about 3.5 by the time you get to the airport.

In my experience, the WestJet desk at MCO is NOTHING like what you experience in Canada. Our two most recent trips on WestJet from MCO to YOW saw us waiting in line over an hour just for check in. Add that to the crazy security lines at MCO, and the time will go by quickly!

abirdd is right - we just got back from a 9-day trip on the MCO-Toronto flight and 4 hours was about right with the Westjet and security line-ups - They even opened curb-side check-in (check-in just outside the doors and you take your luggage to security yourself -very close and easy and really cuts down the line time). I had thought 4 hours was too early but we had time to have a quick lunch and take a look around the shops before going through the gates. Westjet flight was fine.

i had asked if we could do a 11am ME bus instaed of the 10am one but the CM reported that it coudl not be confirmed although we coudl risk teh later bus ourselves
