ME - - Really? 5 count-em 5 envelopes!?

I have 2 reservations for Sat. night before free dining and 2 reservations for the 16-23rd.

I have received 5 ME envelopes......only 1 has return flight information. One has my son as the "lead" name (no biggie). 2 envelopes have us arriving on the first day of free dining (16th) when we are arriving on the 15th....

Should I call and let them know.....every time I have called to modify something, something else happens so I really dont WANT to call but will they be able to fix it there? I dont want to take up "spots" that we dont need on the bus.....

but I really, really, really do not want to call........again..........

What is up with the reservationists? I have never EVER gotten such poor results making reservations.

You need to call and get the right arrival date in the computer as you MUST have a reservation for DME to use it. You aren't taking up "spots" they don't reserve space specifically on a certain bus but the reservation has to be in the system for the correct date.

Do you have enough reservations for everyone with the correct arrival date? If so you don't need to call or anything. Bring only the envelopes and packages with the correct information.

Don't worry about the going home part of DME until after you get there. Less confusion both for you and for the CM's.

Do I understand correctly? You have two different reservations..one resort reservation for your stay before free dining, and then one for the first day of free dining??? If so, it's not unusual for DME to send out two packets..one for each stay.
Also....do you have seperate reservations for each of those two reservations??? Maybe two rooms?

Your return info isn't important. You can give them all that info when you arrive at MCO and checkin at the DME counter.

If you want to have DME take your luggage, you need to have one tag per person for your actual arrival day..the 15th. Doesn't matter what the tags say for the 16th..those are for the second reservation...and are basically useless to you.

If you don't have a luggage tag for each person arriving on the 15th, call DME and ask them for more. That shouldn't be an issue. Just be sure that each person who will need to ride the bus actually has a DME reservation, but you can do that when you call them.
