ME question

Can you use ME to go to the airport to pick up a rental car? Then use the rental car to get back to the airport after checkout therefore only using the ME once to depart. I called the reservation line twice and got 2 different answers so I was wondering if anyone had done this. Thanks...

I don't know the anwer to your question, but why don't you rent your car from the Car Care Center at WDW? I understand it can be cheaper because you don't pay the airport fees. That way you don't have to drive to/from the airport at all.

Just a suggestion.

Swan/Dolphin (by the Boardwalk) also has Alamo and National car rentals. You could drop off and return there, and then take ME to the airport.

I'm surprised neither of the CMs told me about the car rentals on property. Thank you for the information, I'll pass it along to my Mother-in-law who will be visiting family for a couple of our Disney vacation days

I used ME last wednesday when we landed in orlando with my son while my husband and other son went to get the rental car at THRIFTY (very cheap). on the way back to the airport we all just went in the rental car back and took the 5 minuite shuttle to MCO. very easy.

So who got to the resort first? Was taking ME to the resort much slower than renting a car?

we had to go to the Poly. then GF first and as i was pulling into WL my husband was actually right in front of the ME bus. so its about the same.
