ME question

We are travelling with extended family and we are arriving on different days. ME sent one booklet with all of our tags/vouchers, I assume because we are all staying in the same villa. Is it okay to tear out the vouchers for my family and mail the rest to my extended family? Does ME need to see anything besides the vouchers to let you on the bus to the resort? Thanks!

When we had additional people staying with us arriving different times/days, we did just that. Gave the correct vouchers to the appropriate persons.

That is exactly what you can do. If you didn't want to do that, each person could just get a new voucher printed at the DME counter upon arrival. But they would have to show an ID to do so. Much easier to just tear everyone's out and give it to them....along with their yellow luggage tag.

Also send them copies of the booklet pages with instructions, rules, etc. and a copy of the room reservation papers.
