ME Question

If we choose to use ME from the airport to OKW, does anyone know how many stops it will make before dropping us off at OKW?

How long is the average time of arrival at MCO to drop off at OKW?

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to just go with a car service. This is only a 3 night stay with a friend and I want to have as much time for vacationing as possible

Part of it depends on where other people on your bus are going. I've used ME to get to BCV many times. I've been anywhere from the first to the fifth stop. I've stopped at certain other resorts on some trips, but not others. There doesn't seem to be a set routime that the bus always follows.

Last year we were the first stop at OKW. Not sure where else they were going, but from airplane to resort was less than an hour.

We have used ME a few times to different resorts (though not OKW). In all cases, from touch down of the plan to the resort was around 90 minutes.

We used ME last September when we stayed at SSR and the bus stopped first at OKW. On the return we stopped there again before heading to MCO.

I was the last stop of four. All in all, we were only on Disney property about 30 min before we got to my resort. The stops are really quick. We also waited in the airport about 30 min before we left.

I just was there last week and the bus driver said that during the day when its more busy the downtown disney resorts should always be done in the order specified by disney: OKW, SSR, Port Orleans and I think something else for the 4th but I forget which it was (Of course assuming someone needs to go to each one). So OKW should be first.

However if you get in late when its not so busy they will combine different areas and then all bets are off you could be going anywhere.

My daughter used it last week and OKW was her first stop, her flight got in around 11:30 and she had to wait at MCO for 45mins to "fill the bus" and then the 30min ride to OKW, she was'nt to happy about sitting on the bus that long seeing she was only there for 3 days.
