ME phone number not working?

I just tried calling ME's number from the booklet with my tags as it has some wrong information and I get the whole "call can not be completed". I called 1-866-599-0951 am I calling an old number? or is there a problem with the ME line?

is any one else having this problem?

Why are you calling? If you need to make some changes, just call where you booked your room and they will notify DME of your change. Now, if your flight numbers are NOT changing, there is no need to call, DME tracks you by your flight number, not your arrival time.

The only arrival info that HAS to be correct is the resort reservation number. Everything else is just 'extra info'. DME just doesn't need to know your flight numbers or times. They automatically pull every bag that comes along with those DME yellow tags.
For the return info, yes, your flights do matter here. BUT...you can give them the correct return flight info upon arrival at MCO and the DME counter, or when you get to your resort.

DME really doesn't much care about talking to you if you're not flying within the next two weeks or so. You are much better off calling whomever you booked your reservation with.

Thank you for the information. It helps as part of our group is on (gasp) spirit flying out of ACY (atlantic city NJ). ALL of the ME stuff got mailed to colorado where the rest of the group and I the owner of the resv. live.

So I just need to mail thier luggage tags to them and thier voacher coupons?
