I booked ours, my MIL, and parents' magical express tickets. My parents received their package in the mail, but ours and MIL's hasn't arrived yet. Should I call see what's up? They said they have had it for a while now, so we should have ours too.

Canada post can do major mixups some times. I would hold tight, how long out are you?

When we went in January ... our daughter & her wife got theirs about 3 weeks after they booked their trip, son & his wife about 6 weeks out, & we got our the standard month out.

If you get to the month before and it hasn't arrived yet you can either call - there is a direct number that does straight to Magical Express so there is no stupid long on-hold for you : (866) 599-0951

Yes, that is where I made our reservations. We still have lots of time before our trip, I was just wondering if there was a certain number we could call to see what the hold up is. I'm a "check-the-box-and-get-everything-done" kinda planner
