Does ME apply to all airlines including Jetblue/Airtran? Also can you do resort checking for these airlines for return flights?

Everyone on every airline can use DME. DME includes the following: bus ride from airport to resort; automatic luggage delivery from airport to resort; bus ride from resort to airport.

There is another service called Resort Airline Check-in. This is like curbside check-in, except that it's in your resort lobby. This can only be used by people flying a "participating airline." Two of the participating airlines are jetBlue and AirTran.
