So....I was on the phone with CRO for what seems to be the umpteenth time, making yet another change to our reservation for February. I also had our incoming flight info handy, so I thought I would give them that, and get us signed up for DME.
My CRO agent tried to enter our date, and his computer came back with an error message. He then asked if I wanted to hold, or if I wanted HIM to call ME back (great service BTW), and made a call to someone else.
Apparently, they cannot book DME reservations this far out, he suggested I phone in the Fall, and sign us up then.
