if the member is in FL and one of the party is in the northeast can the member arrange ME for the one who is flying??? thx in advance.

In December, I am driving down, but my guest on the reservation is flying, I have set up ME for her already!

ME is available to anyone, members and regular guests, who are staying anywhere on site at WDW. You can do the reservation for anyone in your party and have tags sent directly to that guest, see form here https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/
