I am wondering if you can take the Magical Express to the Swan. Does anyone know?

Unfortunately, the Swan is not serviced by the Magical Express.

The Swan and Dolphin are not Disney owned resorts, so they do not participate in Disney's Magical Express service.

There are other benefits you do get at these 2 hotels, but DME & charging to your room key are 2 services not offered there.

You can still use Disney transportation to get around to the parks, etc. And you can do Extra Magic Hours.

'Fraid not. I really wish they would, because that is the one thing keeping me from staying there! I am missing the sense of direction gene, and there is no way I would drive myself around Disney! I would end up in Miami!
