ME different adults on reservation

I have a ME question....myself and my two boys, and my best friend (who currently lives in the states) are all on the reservation....I am the primary name on the Ressie. How will my friend get on the ME and get luggage tags, when stuff will most likely be mailed to me?? Will/can they split those things and send her ME voucher, and luggage tags to her american address separate from mine and my kids? (Canadian address)?

It will always be shipped to your address (the primary on the reservation).

You can do two things; either you can send them to your friend, or give the friend the reservation number.

Your friend will proceed to the ME counter with their baggage claim tags and give the CM a brief description of their bag(s). They will proceed to the bus and their bags will arrive in the room, sometime around the time your bags arrive as well.

If you have the time, just mail the bag tags to your friend. I frequently coordinate trips for my family, so I'm primary. I get everyone's everything -- which makes me happy because then I know we have everything. Then I mail the tags to sister, brothers, in-laws, etc. DD and I often will mail our suggested itinerary, etc. with the tags. It's kind of a fun exercise for us.

Missytara's suggestion about the ressie number and going to ME with the bag claim tags will work though. Despite our best efforts with some family members, even if we send them the bag tags, they lose them.
