ME -- Can I get off at GF if I'm staying at CR?

Hi,

We are staying at the Contemporary in 5 days!!! If the ME makes a stop at either the GF or Poly before heading to the Contemporary, can we get off there and just take the monorail? Might be more fun for the kids!

I'm not really sure, but I don't think I would want to with kids and luggage. Drop off your luggage and ride the monorail all you want after that. Everyone can enjoy the ride then!

I've never stayed at the Contemporary, so I don't know if the bus would stop at GF or Poly, but if it does you can get off. They check your voucher and make sure you're on the right bus when you board, but nobody checks anything when you get off the bus. If you let ME pick up your luggage, you won't be handling it yourself, since it will be delivered to your room.

I believe it's the last stop. I'm sure you can get off anywhere you want as long as it's the same bus.

Yes you can but probably only if you aren't carrying luggage. I just took ME to the GF on Saturday. That ME bus stopped first at the Polynesian, second at the Grand Floridian and supposedly stoppped third at the Contemporary and fourth at the Wilderness Lodge (based on the driver's announcement). Now they may change the route depending on the season but on Saturday the ME bus stopped at those four resorts.

I would just get off at the Contemporary and since your staying there your kids will have a lot of chances to ride the Resort Monorail as many times as they want. Besides that since the stops at the resorts on the Magical Express buses always change the Contemporary might be the 1st stop when you take it.
