Hi, for anyone that's used the ME and stayed at the Contemporary, can you tell me if you made stops (and where) from MCO to the Contemporary, and again on the way back to MCO, did you pick up ppl. from other resorts? If so, which resorts and can you tell me about how long it took you to get from MCO to Contemporary and vice versa? Thanks!
I know that things can always change and the routes may not always be the same, but anyone that has used the Contemporary and used the ME could you tell me your experience? Thanks so much!

We stayed at BLT last Nov and used ME. I believe it stopped at the GF, Poly and then CR. I could be wrong about the order (CR might have been the second stop but it wasn't the first).

On the way back I seem to recall stopping at the Poly before going to the airport but I can't say for sure.

When we went it was not busy so their was hardly any line when we landed at MCO. It took the usual 60-70 minutes to get to the hotel after landing. The overall experience was uneventful. I didn't find it overly quick nor did I find it took too long. It was about what I expected.

When I stayed at BLT in August, we took ME to the airport. We stopped at Poly, Wilderness lodge and some where else (i think grand floridian). DH and I joked that if we had stayed at one of those resorts we would have been on an earlier ME bus.

But like you already said, there's no set pattern and no set order and no set grouping, so finding out others' experiences doesn't have any predictive value on your own future experiences.

There are only 2 DME route/order rules: If Grand Floridian guests are on the bus, they are dropped off first EXCEPT if there are Polynesian guests on the same bus.

It's not that Disney is putting Poly ahead of GF, it's a matter of practicality ... the only way to get to and from GF is to pass Poly, and a bus coming from GF and trying to make a left turn into the Poly complex won't be able to complete that turn ... the bus would have to stop and make a K-turn, so obviously they don't allow the buses to do that, and instead all DME and park buses stop at Poly before GF.

We stayed at BLT & had the longest ME rides to & from MCO that I've ever had! We dropped at GF, Poly and WL FIRST on the way to BLT (last stop), then on the way to MCO we did Poly, WL, then MCO. CR was the 1st pick-up. It was close to 90 min.
