Yes - each day 1923 was open on the MV for breakfast. The hours were relatively short as I recall (maybe closed at 9:30?). Breakfast at Marceline Market closed at 10:45.

On my last 4 sailings on the fantasy, dream, and magic the MDR breakfast always ended at 9:30 each day, so I don’t think the shortness of the time frame for breakfast for MDR is new
