MDE Website - Is it Just Me?

Hey All,

I know I've heard of some MDE website issues but I can't recall seeing this many when we went late last year. Is it just me or am I doing something wrong? I consistently see the folllowing problems:

1) When I pull-up my previously reserved FP+s, not all the names will show on the description... which initially freaks me out because I know they were there before. Then I go to edit it and reapply everyone but this time everyone shows-up.

2) I purchased tickets via UT and linked them to my family. When I load my details page, sometimes tickets show-up and not assigned, others time they show-up assigned properly.

3) Dining reservations - similar to #1... sometimes everything shows-up and sometimes it doesnt. When I dig into it things eventually appear right, but it can take a while.

Anyone else have weird issues like this with the MDE website?
 

Have you found that it's really just MESSAGING clitches on the website but the original reservations are still there, or that it's an actual RESERVATION problem and part's of a party are actually somehow losing their FP+/Dining/etc reservations?
 
I've had that FP+ issue too. Usually if I refresh a few times it will give me the correct number of guests going, but it's definitely annoying.

The bottom line is that the info can't always be trusted.

Often, the "real" FP+ reservations ARE there and are OK for use at the park.

But, SOMETIMES the info is just gone.

How can a guest KNOW?
That's why the InfoTech staff at WDW is so overworked.
 
I've been trying to make dining reservations today and yesterday. I keep getting a server error. I don't really feel like calling either because I don't want to be on hold for 20 minutes.

I've been fighting it for weeks. Finally rang their techs today to sort it out for me as it's FP Plus reissue time for me shortly. It created my DD twice. Caused all kinda of hassle.......
 
I've had many of the same problems and more. At first I freaked out when things weren't showing up like they were supposed to or not working like other websites do. I've kind of adapted and trained myself to using the website and lowered my expectations of it. I think patience and persistance are the key. If you click every button slowly and allow the website to do it's thinking and use the refresh a lot, you can usually eventually accomplish what you want to.:)
 
I have definitely seen #1 and #3. I am still trying to decide whether to buy tickets yet or wait until I get there in 2 weeks. I am planning to bring my paper copy of my dining ressies just in case.
 
I've had the ticket issue. My new one for today and yesterday. MDE changed the ages of my children from 5 to 14:eek: and changed me from adult to child on a few of the dinning reservations???? I tried chat but they said I had to call in - yeah the wait for a call was 30+ minutes - not going to do that with my Sunday. Hoping it will magically fix itself tomorrow.
 
I have an alert for Test Track from Oct. 7, that I can't get rid of! It's not that big of a deal, but it pops up in red every time I go into my reservations and tickets.:sad2:

Today, I got the server busy, making a dining reservation and when I tried again the time I wanted was gone.
