My Disney experience account shows the tickets for a reservation. However when I go to the fast pass section it says that each person In our family and friends needs ticket admission. Therefore, I cannot even get to the fast pass screen. Is this because our fast pass window has not yet arrived? We will be able to book fast pass in late January.

Yes, it will magically open up when your window opens up at the 60 day mark, and everyone will be showing properly at that time. (midnight est).
