MDE shows different people on my tickets!

MDE has been showing in RED all week that some of my information cannot be displayed. Now my MNSSHP ticket and one of my park tickets are showing a person I never heard of. My youngest is no longer on there but it seems I have a new child!
 
o_O Oh boy. Every time they do something with MDE something gets out of whack. I’d give it a couple of weeks, if it doesn’t straighten out give IT a call.
 
Are you talking about the website or app? When the website gets wonky on me, I switch browsers or computers. Chrome using an Incognito tab has been especially useful lately - it's been solid while other browsers have been giving me trouble.

The website both showed the wrong info with ie and chrome. But my daughter is back and the stranger is gone this morning. I went ahead and printed everything now that is correct just incace it screws up again.
 

Last year MDE had my youngest daughter's ticket, profile, messed up. I didn't even bother trying to get it fixed. But I was experienced enough to know that I needed here physical ticket to get her in the parks, so I brought it. I was right, everyone's magic band worked just fine but hers. I used her ticket to get her in, use her fast passes and such. I was just glad that I had been enough times to see that there was a problem before hand. Make sure everything is right before you leave.

I second the opinion of making sure everything is right before you go. I just returned from a trip where my MDX account was corrupted. It cost me more than 12 hours of time during our trip, plus lots of frustration with tickets not linking or showing up.

Oh, lawd. I went in and made myself a completely new account now. Wasn't going to use the one I had that had my daughter's profile all screwed up.

FYI now your old magicbands will not work for the future, as the profiles they were attached to won’t be the new profiles.

And what is that going to do to your Dvc account connecting with MDE?

This is true. Disney IT recreated my MDX three tyears meanwhile we were at Disney. Now that I am home, I have the work with DVC to create a new account.
