MDE saying my payment didn't process. Anything I can do that does not involve calling?

I tried to make a partial payment yesterday and today and both times it said my payment didn't process.

Ordinarily I'd have no problem with just calling in the payment but I don't want my account flagged and have my last day of FP+ deleted due to having party ticket fastpasses booked. (happened to me after contacting Disney after making FP+ for MNSSHP so I was determined for it not to happen with the Christmas party lol).

Any ideas of why it won't work or what I could do to make it work without calling?

It is an odd amount that I'm trying to pay since its half of the total that is due because my sister and I go together and split the cost down the middle.
Not sure if the odd dollar/cents amount is messing with it?

No clue what is up but you can use an automated system for payments.

I thought the party tickets/FP issue was due to booking order, though I admit I haven't kept up closely since we never book those type of FP.
Seems like the last time I saw something, if you booked the party day FP last they were not canceled but if you booked them before you booked all park ticket FP they were. So if that's right, calling in a payment shouldn't impact them, if you booked them last.

I had hoped you'd answer lol.
So I can call and make a payment without speaking to a CM?
I'm not sure if actually speaking to someone flags it or putting in your reservation info in general so it may or may not solve my problems but I thank you for letting me know I have this option and I very well may try it.

About the FP+ booking... The initial confusion for people was that the system will not allow you to book party ticket fastpasses until you've booked your other days. Once that was figured out people caught on knowing what they needed to do.
The cancelling of last day of fastpasses started during MNSSHP 2017.
After asking a lot of people my theory is that if you contact Disney after making them your account is flagged and you get the dreaded email.
Last year I had no issue but did not contact Disney after making them.
This year I booked about 30 days out so made my fastpass selections as soon as I booked and then a couple day s later I called for a room request and DME and 12 hours later I got the dreaded email so I believe my theory is correct.

Yes, you can do this for sure. Good luck!

@AngiTN Problem solved! :)

It does make me wonder though if this has always been the case and we just never encountered wanting to pay on 2 different MDE account before or a recent change maybe?

I told my sister and she said well do you want me to try for you.
I was thinking why would it work for you any better than me?

Then I realized MAYBE the payment has to be made on the lead person's account (even though the option is available for me on my account).
I logged into her account and put in my payment and it worked just fine!

Now she just has to pay the remaining balance but she doesn't plan to do so until the due date.
Just h oping it works fine for her as well.

But yay I don't have to call :cool1:
