If I missed this somewhere in an FAQ, I apologize.

I have my 5 family members set up in MDE , I have always managed everything for us all. They are all set up under My Family and Friends and and plans are managed by me. 2 rooms, my DD is lead on one ressie with her DH and 11 year old daughter. DD needs to set up her own MDE account to mobile order.
2nd room is myself and 16 year old DGD who will be helping planning, managing things while there and attempting to score BG for Remy and ROTR. can she have an account under the age of 18? If she can, do I just share the plans with her; don't want her to be able to change anything? For now she just wants to "explore".

I "think" when trying for BGs DGD needs to use my credentials correct? We will both log in before 7AM.
We have resort reservations for next Spring and park reservations for each day.

Guess once we figure this out, Genie+ will be next.
Thanks

Under 18 can not. Maybe she can have her own account, but she can not make any type of reservation. This just happened to us on our trip last week. DD is 17 and brought a friend. Luckily the friend is 18 and I could reserve for them with him as the lead. Since DD has been on my account since she was 3, I just left her there and did not bother trying setting up a new account. I gave them both my login and password and they used it throughout. We also had 2 rooms, one for me and DD, the other for him, but again he is 18. Both rooms were booked under my account, but I selected his name when asked on the site "Who will be staying in the room?"

When making parking and dining reservations, it asks who will be going. You can select anyone from your party as long as one person is over 18. I made different reservations for them and for me for most meals. We only had dinners together.

DGD should Log into your MDE on her phone

my family of four - DS17, DD14, DH - all logs into my MDE - even my Husband who has his own - and all four of us try for BG at the same time. We use my iPad to count down on a world clock with seconds showing. My DD is the fastest - with wifi in Riviera - we do two on 5G data and two on resort wifi just to test it - one kid on each since they have faster phone fingers than us!

They also all mobile order using my MDE. I understand with your adult daughter, you/she might not want that part.

Just easier. And my kids are seasoned Disney vets and know better than to change any plans or move anything ressie wise.

For your adult daughter and family they should have her own MDE but can try for BGs at same time as you for your whole group assuming you are all linked and want to ride together. She and her spouse can both be logged into her MDE doing this.

thanks, I think I have it all correct now.
One final questions, can I share my plans with the 16 year old.

If the 16 YO had their own account, yes you can link the accounts and share your info on MDE under "Friends and Family". You can make private again at any time. BUT...the 16yo will not be able to make any type of reservation under their own name.
