MDE question

I made a resort reservation today and when I logged in to MDE there are now 2 of my daughter. She is 17 now but will be 18 before our trip so I think they somehow created a new person in my account. When I try to delete it it says that there are reservations attached. But I want to use the existing account for my daughter.

Anyone have any experience or ideas on how to fix this?

You'll probably have to call IT to fix it

Sounds like a phone call to tech support to me. I’ve had to call them a few times when MDE went haywire.
