I linked 4 tickets to my MDE. I have 4 confirmation emails saying they were linked. I see all 4 online. However on the app it shows 3. It says 1 of 3. My husband's does not appear on the app only online.

Happens all the time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called because a ticket just *poof* disappears from MDE on the app or otherwise. What’s a Disney vacation without a panic attack or two?
Delete the app and reload it. I had to do that for my mom yesterday to get all of the shared plan changes I’ve made over the last month to show up. After I reloaded it everything was correct.
My husband doesn't have his own MDE account. He's not very techie and spends little time on screens.
Okay if it stays that way I will try deleting and reloading.

No. If all 4 are showing on the MDX website, they are linked in the MDX system.
You can, using the website, reassign your DH’s ticket to you. Then reassign one of the tickets back to your husband. Then check the app to see if anything has changed.
If it’s the app that has the glitch...calling IT won’t fix the app.
