In my MDE account, when I select fast passes, it asks to select members of my party. When I select the 4 people on my reservation, it says there are no tickets linked to the account even though I have a package booked. Is this because my fast pass window isn't open yet (that is April 18). Or is this something I should call support services to correct? When it is time to make my fast pass ressies I want to be ready!! LOL

1. Yes.
2. Nope.

I noticed that Robo missed the second part of your second question, so I'll answer - it's 7 am Eastern. However, based on your ticker, your arrival day is June 15, which means that your FP window opens on April 16, not 18.

From the FP FAQ:

For onsite guests with a room/ticket package, the 60-day prebooking window will not appear until the 60-day mark. Before this point, it is normal for various members and/or their tickets to not appear on the MDX account. The entire traveling party and their tickets will appear at the 60-day mark in almost all cases. It is generally not possible to practice booking FPs beforehand in this situation.

When you have a package you can't even "practice" FP+ until your 60 day window opens.
If you had purchased tickets separately it would have given you a 30 day rolling window until your 60 day window opens.
Nothing wrong. No need to worry.

I guess I'll the cat out of the bag.......we are going to the dark side June 16 and part of June 17 and checking in on June 17 at Pop. :duck: I should still be able to do fast passes on April 18 right? or did I calculate wrong and it is the April 17th?

No, it's April 18 if your onsite stay starts on April 17. I just didn't want you to find out on the 18th that you could have done it 2 days earlier.
