MDE question - there are two of me HELP!

This made it impossible for me to change things on my phone last year during MB testing and I want to get it changed before our scheduled (hope we can go) August trip. Somehow the "Me" that is on the hotel room and tickets is different than the "Me" in MDE. In fact, the "Me" in MDE is apparently a friend of the "Me" on the tickets. (And in MDE are the MB for my family and the "Me" on the tickets. I can't plug in our dining reservations since I am apparently a friend of the family with reservations. I am trying to get this fixed before having to make my FP+. Any ideas? My MDE account is my normal Disney login.... Thanks!

I had a similar issue with not being able to make FP+ for my daughter on MDE. I had to call and they made a second account for my 4 year old so that I could schedule everything. Her other account that wouldn't link to anything was supposed to disappear when we first used our MB but it never did. Either way the account they created fixed the whole problem. So give them a call and they should be able to straighten it out for you. Good luck.

Go into your friends and family list. There should be a version of you that shows up... It should say something like "You manage this account." There should be a button that says "Invite to plan and share." Invite yourself using the email you use for your MDE account. You'll see a notification appear, go ahead and accept. This should make MDE realize you are two versions of the same person and merge them together.
