MDE problems

I purchased a discounted unrefundable annual pass from AAA. I attempted to attach it to my MDE account using the computer. I'm not sure whether it worked or not. There is SOME evidence on the computer that it is attached. However, in using the MDE app on my phone, it doesn't appear at all. So when I tried to add it, it said the number was invalid.

I'm not sure what to do next. I have reservations at Pop Century for TWO upcoming trips and restaurant reservations for one of them, waiting on my 180 day point for the other. How do I get my "ticket" properly linked? I know my 60 day point is sometime out, but I will need a linked ticket before that.

In the FP area of your MDE, do you have an open 30-day booking window? If you do, your AP certificate is linked.

Thank you for this excellent suggestion. Yes, I have a 30 day fastpass window through 5/23, so my AP must be attached. However, I cannot find it at all on the MDE app on my phone. It is in my account on the computer, and I feel better knowing that! What do I need to do to have it linked on my phone?
 
Just wait as it may take a short time to register on the app.

You can check My Account and check if it's listed under MagicBands and Cards.
 

Also the check the Memberships and Passes area of My Account.
 
I know it can be done on your computer, but we also just purchased a 3 day ticket from AAA for my dad who is coming with us next week. Both my DH and I have AP's and I was not sure how to add my dad's to make sure it was assigned to him. I called WDW this past Saturday and after about a 15 minute hold got to someone that was able to add his ticket and assign it to him (I also have about 4 other people on my account from a previous trip).

I had made FP's for both my DH and I a few weeks ago and the person on the phone was able to add my dad to all our FP's as long as there was availability. This way I did not have to go into our FP's and update them for 1 extra person.

I just felt safer having someone do it on the phone for me. I am not sure if we will purchase a Magic Band for my dad or just have him use his ticket. He is in his late 80's and will most likely be with us the whole time so I will just hold onto his ticket.
 
Thanks for all your help. While my ticket does not show on the app as a ticket, I have the 30 day fastpass window on both the computer and the app. So I'm just not going to worry about it. The real need for the app is to get fourth etc fastpasses from the parks. That should be doable.

Go to My Account on the app and then to Memberships and Passes. It's probably there because an AP is a pass.
