MDE problems for my wife

So I am getting together a large group. I have almost everyone linked now with some pending requests but everyone but my wife is not working correctly. For my Sister and her Husband, it allowed me to send them invitations to manage their accounts and there was no issue, but with my wife, I am not having any options to email her an invite, and on her account, she does not see the resort or the tickets. I am only seeing a Mickey head for her profile, but she set up a Donald. What did I do wrong here?

Attempting to add a guest says I can not add anyone through my connected guests. Importing from a reservation says it's already done.
