MDE per person?

Was watching todays show and they said that each person in the party now needs a MDE? If its me my husband and son each need there own(email login and such)? There info is already in my account but its always just been my login. Everyone is listed on the full reservation with tickets. Is that all they meant? That each person need to be listed on all the things not that they each need there own login?
