MDE not working?

My app and online account for MDE aren’t working. All my hotel, dining and fast pass reservations have disappeared. Trying to not panic. Is anyone else having this issue?

Same here. Photopass is having issues as well. I wouldn't panic yet though.

I haven’t been able to get it to work for an hour or so either. A little frustrating given the weather and wanting to change plans on the go.

I've been playing with my FP+ and stuff all day and thought it was the system telling me to leave things alone. Glad it's not just me.

Same for me. I even restarted my computer, but MDE is still not loading. It was working about 45 minutes ago and then just stopped. It will hopefully be back up in a little bit.

It's likely a system-wide thing because it's not working for me on any browser OR the app.

I just chatted with them, they know of the issue and are trying to fix it.

I was a little panicked thinking my fast passes for our trip were all deleted. Surly they have all of that stuff backed up, right?

LOL, I just happened to print my my reservations and fast passes yesterday.....somebody is gonna give them back to me!

I printed mine out a few weeks ago to throw in the backpack in case I lost my phone or something (hey, I'm old school. Cut me some slack hahaha). Hopefully I won't need it.

Ok that makes me feel a lot better it’s not just me. I had tried both the phone and computer so it was a little concerning. Hopefully they get everything back up and running soon

THIS is insanely frustrating. MDE is awful enough when it’s actually working...

We have had a bunch of issues today and have amassed 6 anytimes each. Ha. Wonder if I’ll be able to use them...

So what happens if you are in the park and the system goes down? Does the fast pass system shut down as well or do you just lose access to it from the user interface?

I tried to pay at chef mickeys with th my mb and it kept saying not active. Good thing I had a credit card.

Us too - trying to modify a FP for tomorrow and all our plans for today and tomorrow disappeared! Luckily we are just heading out now and I always have a credit card just in case. xx fingers it gets fixed soon

It depends. I’ve been in the park when the whole FP system went down. They let us in with screenshots (always make screenshots!) but were denying everyone else. Not sure if it’s down today, heading back to MK soon.

Couldn’t pay with mb and my band wouldn’t let me into the poly club bldg but did let us in our room.
