I have been trying to book fastpasses, add a new reservation, etc to our plans and every time I get stick at the page or something similar. The app won't even work on my phone anymore since I did the android update. I was hoping I could do everything on the website, but even that isn't work and it has been going on for like 3 days. I even called and their system froze while trying to help me so they told me to call back. Is this happening to anyone else? We have now missed booking our fastpasses at 30 days out and I am so frustrated.
