MDE not working on the app or computer

I have been trying to book fastpasses, add a new reservation, etc to our plans and every time I get stick at the page or something similar. The app won't even work on my phone anymore since I did the android update. I was hoping I could do everything on the website, but even that isn't work and it has been going on for like 3 days. I even called and their system froze while trying to help me so they told me to call back. Is this happening to anyone else? We have now missed booking our fastpasses at 30 days out and I am so frustrated.
 
Just checked the app and it's working fine for me. Actually just saw a 10:30am FP for 2 for Alien Saucers on Labor Day.

I'm on iOS.

Make sure you're using the most up to date app. Try clearing your cookies/cache on computer. Also you can try the internet browser on your phone.
 
In general it has been glitching a lot lately, the app and website. Seems to be worse lately. Not sure if its a problem with more traffic and busier parks? Bad coding?
 

On Android: when I launched the app about a week ago, I got a message saying this particular version will no longer be supported. I was directed to install a different app (same name) and use that going forward. I did, and the new app works perfectly.
